Can I wear makeup to my lash appointment?

Your eye area should be clean and completely free of makeup so no eye makeup, mascara, etc. When your lashes are free of makeup, it gives me more time to focus on enhancing your beauty! Pro tip: Try not to wear any mascara for the two days prior to your appointment if possible.

Can I wear my contacts?

Please remove your contacts when you arrive to ensure as little irritation during your appointment as possible.

Can I bring a guest, child or pet to my appointment?

No, sorry! No guests are allowed. Your eyes are a sensitive body part and we cannot have any distractions while I work to give you the perfect look.

Should I bring my headphones?

If you want to! I typically have calming spa music ready, but if you prefer your own tunes or podcasts during your appointment, please bring your headphones and device. Have a few playlists or podcasts lined up as you won’t be able to open your eyes during the appointment. Also, be sure to silence any text or phone call notifications!

What happens if I fall asleep? Is that okay?

Absolutely! Don’t worry about falling asleep, I want you to be as comfortable as possible during your appointment! (Lash naps are the best naps… ;) )

How long are eyelash extension appointments?

Your very first lash appointment will be a full set of lashes (aka a fresh set) and will take around 3 - 4 hours to complete. If you’re going to get your lashes filled (aka adding more lashes to an existing lash set) it will take between 1½ - 2 hours, depending on look, style and how many lashes you need.

How can we make my appointment faster?

For your first appointment, feel free to fill out my consent form ahead of time and send me a selfie. This way, I can plan your lash look in advance! On the day of your appointment, just make sure to arrive on time with clean, makeup-free lashes, and your phone set to Do Not Disturb.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time all appointments are cash only.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the investment of my time, skills, and materials in providing my services, I don't provide refunds. However, if you encounter any issues, contact me immediately. I'm open to finding alternative forms of compensation to keep you happy.

 

How soon after my appointment can I get my Lashes Extensions wet?

Immediately! It's 2024! Water will not affect your lash retention. The best thing you can do for your lashes is to keep them clean and brush them regularly. I recommend washing them twice a day with lash shampoo.

 

How soon after my Lash Lift appointment can I get my lashes wet?

24 hours is the ideal time you should wait so that your lash lift can settle. Taking this step ensures the curves of the lashes don't get destroyed when you wash your face or use makeup remover to clean the eyes.
